A wonderful place in every season ...

For me personally, the Hochheide is a place where I can recharge my batteries and relax. Despite plenty of like-minded people, I always had the feeling of being alone.

Nice innkeepers, delicious cakes and the best french fries far and wide. You feel welcome.

Very nice cabin. Delicious cuisine. Ideal after a great hike.

Nice staff, delicious food and a beautiful view. Well strengthened, I started the 2nd stage of the 23 km long hike 🌝

Self-service takes a long time. Cappuccino unfortunately not to be recommended either. But the view is great!

Super tasty pea soup. Always worth a break there.

Fast service, nice waitress, delicious food and the Corona rules are followed. A face mask is worn and all tables, chairs, menus and even pens are regularly disinfected.

Just beautiful

Sort of a mountain hut-like something but on the heath. I think the cheesecake I had was pretty good. Hutje is useful for cyclists and walkers in the summer and cross-country skiers in the winter but nothing special.

Everything to get in the Hochheide Hütte and quality.

Very nice cabin. A parking lot is in the immediate vicinity. Start and finish for the circular hiking trail "The Golden Path". Prices are for dinner conditions and not too expensive. Large selection of drinks, food and snacks. A lot of places outside, with and without an umbrella. It is definitely worth it.

Gorgeous surroundings, lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. There are some play things for kids, like a trampoline. The place is quite expensive, though.

A nice place to stay after a hike or before the hike, because you may have to go without a hike afterwards. The offer is sufficient and the feeling of hunger takes a back seat. The drinks are more interesting than the food, maybe depending on your state of mind. A good place for children too.

Everything fits here. View, friendliness, prices and a small playground for the little ones. More is not possible!

In the middle of walking and or ATB tracks. Nice overview all directions. Selfservice but dont forget wear mouthmask. Koffie not too strong and pies in big size.

Although only 150km away from home, we would not have expected to find such a great cozy restaurant at over 800m! Winter wonderland included 😉 Very nice, attentive staff and also very child-friendly! Food tasted great! Looking forward to the next time! (12.13.2019)

Here you can eat home-style, had no long waits whether drinks or the food. Nice & friendly staff. Very nice place to spend a while. We hiked but there is also parking
